Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase, with no justification required.

How to request a return

To start a return, fill in the form on our Returns page with your email, a contact phone number and the reason. We will reply within 48 hours with instructions to complete the process.

Product condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and, whenever possible, in its original packaging, along with all included accessories.

Refunds

Once the return is confirmed, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 14 days of confirmation.

Defective or damaged products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us through the returns form and state this in the reason field: we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return shipping costs

Except in the case of a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
